Effective June 1, 2022 we are utilizing a new concussion baseline assessment called SWAY. 

All concussion baseline assessments must be completed at the school with the BVA athletic trainers, no outside baselines can be accepted at this time.

All baselines must be completed prior to the first in-season scrimmage. We are available throughout the summer to complete baslines, please ensure you attend one of the summer dates to have this completed if you are in grade 7, 9 or 11 OR did not play a sport at BVA the previous year. Thank you.
